Every first visit begins with a consultation. We assess your skin, talk through what you would like to change, and agree a plan together. Treatment only goes ahead once you are comfortable with it — and it is completely fine to leave with a plan and book the treatment another day.
Not always. Returning clients with an established treatment plan can usually book directly. If you’re exploring something new, have additional concerns, or it’s been six months since your last visit, we’ll begin with another consultation to understand your needs and guide you towards the most suitable approach. Every appointment is tailored to you, with your comfort and wellbeing at the heart of our care.
